Sharmax Motors is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. Join a dynamic team in a remote role with a salary starting at $1000 plus KPIs.
Description

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end): from request to candidate onboarding;
- Search for candidates using various channels and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, SignalHire, Amazing Hiring, Telegram, hh.ru);
- Conduct interviews and support candidates at all stages of the process;
- Regularly interact with managers regarding recruitment, candidate profiles, and labor market situations;
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and external partners;
- Build and develop a database of potential candidates;
- Work in ATS and HR systems (Bitrix 24, Power BI), maintain candidate databases and recruitment reporting;
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees;
- Periodically communicate with employees to identify problematic aspects of work and solutions;
- Participate in other HR projects of the company.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (in a company or recruitment agency);
- Experience in cold sourcing is mandatory;
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently, knowledge of modern candidate search and assessment tools;
- Ability to build effective interactions with managers and candidates;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- English - C1, Spanish - C1 (preferred);
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions;
- Excellent communication skills and results orientation.
