About this role
Looking for a Full Cycle Producer to manage the entire process from actor search to video delivery for Telegram channels. Join our arbitrage team working with traffic schemes.
Description
We are an arbitrage team working with scheme traffic in Telegram. We are looking for a person who will handle the entire process: from finding actors to receiving the finished video.
Responsibilities
- Search and hire actors in foreign markets;
- Conduct negotiations, agree on terms and specifications;
- Organize shoots (remotely): briefing, process control, deadlines;
- Acceptance and verification of finished material;
- Maintain a database of actors and work with it;
- Interact with the team for uninterrupted content delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in searching and hiring actors (preferably in foreign markets);
- Experience in organizing shoots / working with actors until the final result;
- Strong communication skills and ability to 'close' people;
- English at a conversational level (other languages are a plus);
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
