Join our arbitrage team as an HR Manager / Lead Recruiter, focusing on hiring across various roles in the crypto vertical.
Responsibilities
- Close vacancies of all levels: buyers, content, design, tech, sales.
- Search and find candidates in Telegram, forums, through networking, websites, etc.
- Conduct screening, interviews, coordinate tests, onboard new hires.
- Create a hiring funnel.
- Think critically, analyze, and adjust the hiring funnel to recruit suitable candidates without waiting for the team.
Requirements
- Experience in arbitrage: understanding team roles and tasks.
- Expert sourcing in niche communities.
- Speed, systematization, proactivity.
- Understand the need to hire problem-solvers, not problem-creators.
