- Participation in complex projects for implementing information systems based on 1C as a functional architect.
- Participation in forming technical and commercial proposals for projects.
- Preparation of labor cost estimates and resource plans for projects.
- Preparation and conducting presentations, meetings, and their protocol.
- Conducting interviews with company employees and candidates for project team formation.
- Managing functional groups in the project.
- Identifying, registering, and updating customer requirements for business process automation.
- Describing business processes in agreed notations with the customer.
- Organizing interaction with external project participants.
- Studying project documentation for related functional blocks.
- Forming the functional architecture of the system.
- Forming and agreeing on project documentation with the customer.
- Monitoring and managing deviations in functional boundaries of the project or groups.
- Managing task assignments to the development team.
- Organizing acceptance of the implemented functionality of the software product.
- Designing processes for entering initial data into the system.
- Designing processes for migrating historical data.
- Consulting users on the functionality of the implemented system within the functional block.
- Updating project documentation.
- Agreeing on project work results.
- Participating in the process of putting into industrial operation.
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 5 years in the implementation and support of 1C:ZUP CORP.
- Successful implementation of at least 3 full-cycle projects, of which 2 as a functional architect.
- Expert knowledge of 1C:ZUP CORP, certification as a 'Consultant Specialist'.
- Deep understanding of industry accounting for rewards according to the Central Bank of Russia №465-P.
- Experience leading projects in the financial sector (banks, insurance, NPF).
- Practical experience in migrating from SAP to 1C:ZUP CORP, including integrations with ERP, HR systems, and banking solutions.
- Confident skills in configuring, developing, and implementing processing, print forms, extensions, and deploying standard databases.
- Knowledge of functional architecture design methodologies: accounting methodologies, mapping transactions, payroll operations, tax calculations, and reporting.
- Experience formalizing and agreeing on requirements with management at the business strategy level (SMART/SIPOC, BPMN, process modeling 'as it will be').
- Development and control of project documentation.
- Labor cost estimation, resource planning, project schedule management.
- Experience distributing tasks among analysts and leading a project group of 10 or more people.
- Coordination of project activities in the ZUP block, interaction with development, integration, testing, and support teams.
- Control of compliance of solutions with requirements, participation in acceptance, quality management of implementation.
- Analysis and systematization of operational comments, management of improvements and enhancements.
