IBS is looking for a Functional Architect/Group Leader to develop IT product portfolios and lead teams in the Retail and Light Industry sectors.
Responsibilities

- Forming and developing the industry portfolio of IT products (Retail, FMCG, Light Industry)
- Promoting solutions to the market, participating in pre-sales activities: requirements analysis, preparing presentations, estimating labor costs, etc.
- Preparing and defending technical and commercial proposals, including for the implementation of ERP systems (1C, SAP, Galaktika)
- Participating in business process surveys, preparing functional and technical requirements
- Leading a team of consultants and RFQ. Retraining and developing the team
- Forming the project program in the role of industry architect in the Retail, FMCG, and Light Industry sectors
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle process automation projects for clients in the FMCG and Light Industry sectors as a Functional Architect
- Broad outlook and deep understanding of ERP system implementation processes and business analytics
- Experience in building architecture in complex automation projects based on SAP/1C/Galaktika platforms
- Experience working in IT integrators is desirable
- Experience in team management, developing expertise, and mentoring
- Ability to analyze requirements, structure tasks, and build effective communications
- Strategic thinking, result orientation, and development focus
