Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Participation in presales, managing initial customer requirements, conducting meetings and negotiations with functional customers, preparing sections of proposals and other documentation for the customer.
- Planning activities within the functional area for implementation projects, preparing the project activity plan.
- Participation in interviewing the customer, preparing templates and plans for conducting interviews.
- Gathering requirements, surveying and describing methodological requirements and cross-business processes, procedures, and operations of the customer using notations IDEF, BPMN2, EPC, SDL, etc.
- Analysis, classification, and ordering of functional and non-functional requirements of the customer.
- Analysis and development of methodological solutions for the functional customer, forming the target functional-methodological architecture of the customer's applications.
- Participation in implementation projects within the duties and powers of the project charter.
- Preparation and approval of reporting documents for project stages, preparation of project and operational documentation.
- Participation in the preparation of PSI and PMI, coordination of work, and participation in the acceptance of stages of information system implementation.
- Consultative and methodological participation in ZNO and ZNI for support projects.
- Coordination of the work of consultants and analysts within the statutory powers.
- Planning, development, and training of consultants and analysts in the company.
- Monitoring regulatory and methodological changes in legislation, as well as changes in the customer's internal regulations.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in integrators and consulting organizations as a lead business analyst, methodologist, analyst, functional architect, or group leader for at least 3 years on implementation projects, specifically successful implementation and development of information systems in regulated, managerial, and operational accounting areas (including budgeting, consolidation, VGO).
- Developed communication skills with functional customers and users.
- Customer orientation, activity, responsibility, discipline, initiative.
- Ability to work with documentation at the level of large corporate organizations, ability to communicate with key customer employees.
- Knowledge of the platform's capabilities and practical experience with configurations on the 1C:UHX, 1C:ERP UHX platform is mandatory!

- Salary from 300,000 ₽ per month net.
