About this role
1C-Perspective is looking for a Senior Functional/Business Architect with over 6 years of experience in business process automation projects based on 1C software products. Hybrid work format in Moscow with a salary starting from 350,000 ₽.

1C-Perspective is engaged in large-scale projects for major industrial enterprises in Russia and the CIS, consolidating leading global practices and methodologies for comprehensive application in automation projects to ensure the long-term development of our clients.
Responsibilities

- Participate in automation projects and programs based on 1C software products as the main functional/system architect.
- Process client requests, evaluate projects, and participate in preparing technical proposals.
- Conduct project and pre-project surveys, perform fit-gap analysis, and manage requirements for solutions.
- Assess the maturity and level of automation of processes, develop strategic initiatives for clients, and create development roadmaps and technical specifications for client projects.
- Define the distribution of functionality (requirements for functionality) across solutions, eliminate duplication of functions, data, and integration interactions.
- Develop and agree on conceptual architecture and architectural conclusions, coordinate the work of solution architects.
- Participate in project implementation.
- Manage the company's solution/product roadmap.
- Participate in and manage product development and expertise projects.
- Participate in the development of standard/industry solutions and configurations.
Requirements
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience as an architect on complex enterprise automation projects based on 1C:ERP, 1C:UH, or 1C:ERP.UH.
- In-depth knowledge of the functionality of 1C ERP configurations, 1C ERP UH, 1C:ERP.UH, or similar solutions on foreign or similar domestic platforms.
- Confident knowledge of typical business processes in enterprise management.
- Knowledge of methodologies and standards for the development and implementation of information systems.
- Experience in designing large, high-load, and highly available systems.
- Experience integrating a large number of system components using various methods.
- Knowledge of main project execution methodologies: Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban.
- Knowledge of auxiliary specialized software products used in project execution according to project execution methodologies (e.g., SPPR, ARIS, Visio, Project, Excel, Jira, etc.).
- Knowledge of TOGAF, experience using Archimate is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile development principles and practices of applying Scaled Agile is a plus.
- Expertise in industry processes is a plus.
