Desnol is looking for a Functional Architect with 3-6 years of experience in 1C ERP projects. The role involves designing information system architecture and consulting teams on functionality.
Responsibilities

- Design target architecture of information systems based on 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP UХ / 1C:KA
- Develop and agree on accounting models, FTT, CHTZ, integration maps, and target architecture
- End-to-end design across all sections: operational and regulated accounting, production, MTO, procurement, warehouse, sales, finance, treasury, budgeting, repairs, and maintenance
- Conduct gap analysis, select standard/customized functionality, justify architectural decisions
- Participate in pre-project work: requirements gathering, demonstrations, feasibility assessment
- Model customer business processes; adapt to IS capabilities
- Participate in negotiations with the customer regarding architecture and functionality boundaries
- Functional and integration testing; participate in PSI and training
- Analyze change requests; assess impact on IS architecture
- Consult the team and users on complex functionality issues.
Requirements
Requirements
- Mandatory experience as a functional architect in 1C implementation or support projects for at least 3 years, or 5 years as an analyst with experience in designing functional architecture
- Experience in corporate implementation projects as a functional architect for at least 50 workstations
- Experience in designing IS architecture and working across multiple sections: operational and regulated accounting, production, warehouse and MTO, procurement, sales, finance, HR, payroll, etc.
- Understanding of the relationships between operational, managerial, and regulated accounting
- Understanding of methods for gathering and agreeing on requirements; gap analysis; architecture of integration flows
- Ability to communicate with developers and business in a common language; review project documentation
- Task setting for developers; participation in functional and integration testing
- Proficient written and spoken communication; MS Office, Excel.
