Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design architecture for distributed systems and microservices using Go
- Translate business goals into technical roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers
- Conduct code reviews for senior engineers, implement improvements in CI/CD and system design
- Defend architectural decisions before external stakeholders
- Language: Go (Goroutines, Channels, Memory Model, Concurrency)
- Architecture: Distributed systems, Microservices, System design, High availability, Observability (Metrics, Logs, Tracing), Architectural risks
- API: REST API, gRPC
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS
- Tools: AI tools (implementation/setup in the team), CI/CD
- Processes: Agile / Scrum
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in development for 7+ years, including 4+ years with Go in production
- Experience designing high-load systems, knowledge of data integration patterns
- Experience in FinTech/banking, understanding of security and compliance requirements
- Higher education in Computer Science and English language proficiency at C1 level (Advanced)
