- Update technology stack
- Implement a set of infrastructure libraries
- Increase team efficiency and speed
- Improve production quality
- Tune processes for enhanced efficiency
- Manage the development team
- Design and develop key parts of the system
- Create sprint backlog based on project backlog with PO and PM
- Task estimation and work planning
- Control execution (timelines and quality) and task prioritization within the sprint, ensuring sprint goals are met
- Ensure a productive atmosphere within the team, training, developing, and motivating the team
Requirements

- C#: .NET Core and above
- Computer Science: Algorithms and their complexity, Data Structures
- RDBMS: MsSQL, PostgreSQL: complex queries, optimization, understanding of internal structure
- NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis
- Message Brokers: RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka
- Others: SOLID, git, containerization, CI/CD
- Agile: Scrum
- Ability to design architecture at the project level
- Understanding of microservices architecture principles
- Unit tests
