Desnol is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to assist users via various channels. The role is remote with a full-time commitment and offers a salary range starting from 68,500 ₽.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Consult users on forums, by phone, email, and via 1C:Itilium
- Monitor unanswered questions
- Connect remotely to clients for problem diagnosis
- Analyze client information databases, identify errors and incorrect settings
- Publish errors and their correction timelines, releases, expansions, news, and announcements
- Administer corporate 1C:Itilium and configure business processes
- Test personal extensions for clients before delivery
- Update demo databases and mandatory release lists
- Prepare videos and respond to feedback
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience with 1C is preferred
- Experience in consulting any services and products will be an advantage
- Logical thinking, communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn
- Candidates without experience are considered if you are a confident PC user and ready to learn; we will help you understand everything
