- Support clients via phone and email with technical issues regarding the operation of DSSL's digital video surveillance systems.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher or secondary vocational technical education.
- Experience/skills in PC setup and maintenance.
- Understanding of network protocols (Ethernet, UDP/TCP) and familiarity with networking equipment.
- Skills in configuring networking equipment and video surveillance systems are welcomed. Programming skills in Python will provide additional career growth opportunities.
