Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Accept requests from bank employees regarding technical errors in software and hardware (via phone)
- Advise bank employees on filling out applications, application status, and inquiries
- Close requests using pre-developed solutions from the Knowledge Base HP SM
- Remotely connect to users to resolve technical errors in the bank's software
- Register and forward requests to senior line engineers

Requirements
- Education not lower than secondary specialized. Education in IT will be an advantage
- Willingness to work on the phone
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Confident PC user
