Functional Tester / QA Engineer (Internship)

Responsibilities

• Learning the testing process
• Studying materials and documentation
• Providing feedback on tasks/functionality/methodologies
• Participating in testing the functionality of the company's product
• Studying and creating test documentation: test cases, test plans, testing strategies, testing methodology programs
• Analyzing technical specifications and coordinating work plans for current tasks
• Learning to create test models and participating in developing new models for company projects
• Participating in functional, integration testing, and supporting user testing
• Participating in defect finding and improving product quality

Requirements

• Desire to develop in the testing field
• Currently pursuing education in a technical or IT field
• Understanding of basic development and testing terms
• Knowledge of testing types and test documentation
• Understanding of software engineering basics, software lifecycle, requirements management
• Understanding of database operation principles
• Will be a plus:

- Experience in internships or work in IT, specifically in testing - Knowledge of HTML, JSON, XML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP methods GET, POST - Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS traffic monitoring tools - Knowledge of testing standards - Understanding of operating systems principles (Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, Linux) - Knowledge and ability to write database queries - Knowledge of standards and methodologies applied to applications - Knowledge of various types of modern web application architecture
