- Participate in the development of internal and client products — coding, not just overseeing.
- Distribute tasks within the team and monitor developer workload.
- Control code quality and adherence to standards.
- Improve websites according to technical SEO requirements: speed, page structure, microdata, responsiveness.
- Make adjustments and improvements based on client requests — from minor tasks to functional enhancements.
- Work with AI tools and integrate them into development processes.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proficient in Laravel.
- Practical experience with AI agents (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
- Teamwork experience — preferably as a senior developer or lead.
- Experience with other PHP frameworks (PHP, CSS, JS, Git).
- Experience with popular CMS.
- Use of CSS preprocessors.
- Understanding of PHP Frameworks principles and proficiency in one of them.
- Experience in development with JS Framework.
- Experience with data sources SQL, XML, JSON.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
- Understanding of OOP and MVC principles.
- Understanding of web server operation and configuration.
- Experience with Git.
- Bonus: experience with Docker.
- Bonus: understanding of SEO specifics in development.
