Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide stable and quality technical support for platform users
- Resolve complex technical incidents (2nd-3rd line), identify root causes, and drive solutions to completion
- Analyze logs, integration behavior, and data exchanges between systems
- Collaborate with development teams to expedite problem resolution and improve the product
- Enhance support processes and elevate customer service levels
- Prepare technical documentation and instructions for users and internal teams
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in backend development with PHP (Laravel)
- At least 2 years of relevant commercial experience in developing FinTech solutions
- Experience in supporting developed functionality at the 2nd-3rd line technical support level
- Experience in developing and supporting products with numerous integrations and external services
- Understanding of data exchange principles between information systems
- Experience in log analysis and writing SQL queries
- Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar systems
- Proficient in PHP (Laravel), MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, Redis
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript (React)
