AэроТур is looking for a PHP Backend Developer to support and develop marketing services. The position is remote with a salary range of 170,000 to 190,000 ₽ per month.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support and develop existing marketing services
- Integrate with external services: CRM, mailing services, advertising accounts (Yandex.Direct, VK Ads), analytics and call tracking systems, webhooks
- Collaborate with the SEO team to maintain and improve the technical aspects of SEO
- Manage mailings from a technical perspective: segmentation, trigger chains, queues, templates, deliverability, unsubscribes, event tracking
- Generate reports: regular exports, data showcases, dashboards, end-to-end analytics
- Maintain landing pages, counters, pixels, UTM tagging, and A/B tests
- Understand the websites, CMS, codebase, and legacy systems used by marketing. Create a map of all integrations: their purpose, authorization, business ownership, and failure points. Identify duplicates and outdated integrations and suggest what to disable or redo
- Coordinate with the marketing manager and team lead on task acceptance and prioritization: urgent fixes, enhancements, new integrations
- Release the first 1-2 tasks into production or automate regular reports currently compiled manually, with scheduling and error notifications
- Take over mailing support: understand templates, segmentation, queues, and triggers, check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, handle unsubscribes, error handling, and critical fixes
- Set up basic monitoring and alerts for key integrations and exports and document solutions in one place.
Requirements
Requirements
- Commercial development experience of 3 years, proficient in PHP 7+ and Git
- OOP and SOLID principles, design patterns where necessary
- MySQL or PostgreSQL: transactions, indexes, query optimization
- Experience in designing and supporting APIs, integrations with external services
- Ability to understand foreign code and legacy solutions
- Basic Linux and Docker knowledge
- JavaScript (Vue.js)
