Responsibilities

- Develop and adapt advertising materials for print, websites, and social media.
- Design and create layouts for web projects: from promo landing pages to complex interfaces.
- Plan interface logic (UX): create prototypes, research user scenarios, and build user-friendly interfaces.
- Execute multi-page print layouts for brochures, books, booklets, etc.
- Develop print products, POS materials, packaging, and advertising media based on the client's brand book.
- Create and layout presentations.
- Participate in the development of creative ideas.
- Prepare layouts for different types of printing.
- Generate and defend ideas, participate in creative brainstorming sessions, present concepts to the art director, and justify design decisions.
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a designer.
- A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Understanding of visual trends in design, high visual awareness.
- Knowledge of composition, layout, and typography principles.
- Understanding of web production, basic principles of HTML/CSS, and modern web development trends.
- Understanding how design will work in browsers on different devices.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Confident use of modern AI tools.
- Understanding of integrating AI content into the design process while maintaining authorship style and quality.
- Experience in print design and understanding of preparing layouts for printing.
