We are looking for a Growth Marketer to build growth strategies, manage influencer partnerships, and grow our Telegram channel. Experience in Web3 and a strong understanding of metrics are essential.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build growth strategy: channels, funnels, hypotheses
- Find crypto influencers and KOLs, establish long-term partnerships
- Grow Telegram channel: organic growth, collaborations, content pipeline
- Launch AI-agent workflow (solutions are available, tech team will assist)
- Create funnels and pre-landing pages using neural networks — ideas from you, code to the tech department
- Hire SMM and build a team under yourself
- Calculate CAC, ROI of influencers, conversion — weekly metrics and conclusions

- Proven cases of growth for crypto accounts/communities with metrics
- Real experience with Web3
- Systematic thinking — understanding the entire funnel, not just individual posts
- Engaging copywriting without fluff
- Experience with AI tools is a necessity, not a plus
