About this role
Join Maclear as the Head of Account Management to build the department from scratch and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth investors in a remote role.
Description
Join Maclear, an innovative crowd-lending platform from Switzerland (under FINMA supervision). We are launching a Web3 version on the Base L2 blockchain and are looking for a leader for the Account Management department!
Responsibilities
- Build the AM department from scratch;
- Manage a portfolio of 20-50 high-net-worth investors;
- Implement CRM solutions and automate processes;
- Establish interdepartmental collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AM/CRM with HNW clients;
- Expertise in FinTech or crowd-lending;
- Proficient written English;
- Skills in setting up CRM systems.
