About this role
We are looking for a strong Head of Design to lead our design department in an international iGaming brand. The ideal candidate will be creative, systematic, and capable of managing a team while maintaining a high hands-on level.
Description
We are a large international iGaming brand, and we are looking for a strong Head of Design to join our product team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design department: task distribution, prioritization, deadline and quality control, conducting design reviews;
- Formulate the company's visual direction: launch new products, develop concepts, branding, and brand books;
- Independently implement key and complex tasks (Web/UI, landing pages, creatives) and oversee the full cycle of design production;
- Develop the team: mentoring, constructive feedback, and growth of employee competencies;
- Implement AI tools and modern approaches to accelerate and optimize design processes;
- Create design systems, unified visual standards, and cross-functional interaction with marketing and product.
Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience, including 1-2 years in team management (Lead/Head);
- Strong hands-on level: confident use of Figma, deep understanding of UX/UI, typography, and composition;
- Experience in creating brands and identities from scratch, developing brand books, and designing digital products;
- AI-first approach: practical experience with Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools;
- Ability to manage team workload, prioritize, and take responsibility for the final result;
- Systematic, independent, and strong communication skills;
- Current portfolio.
