Looking for a strong Head of Farm to build a seamless account production pipeline for ASO and media buying teams, focusing on Apple Developer Console and Google infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build an autonomous farming direction (Gmail, GPC, GADS, ADC, App Store Connect).
- Organize the full cycle: registration, KYC, billing linkage (legal entities), asset protection, and minimizing bans.
- Manage a team of farmers: hiring, training, SOPs, quality control, and cost management.
- R&D, explore new approaches, and maintain high trust in the infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as Head/Lead Farm in iGaming/arbitrage teams.
- Practical expertise in iOS farming (Apple Developer Program/App Store Connect) + Google Play Console.
- Understanding of KYC processes, working with payment systems, accounting systems (Airtable/Notion), and data protection.
