About this role
Altegio is seeking a Head of Finance to lead global financial strategy and build a modern finance function with AI tools. Location: Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid with travel).
Description
Altegio is an international SaaS company. We develop a service for business automation worldwide, launching ESOP and going through a new investment round.
Responsibilities
- Investments and strategy: financial modeling, preparing data rooms, supporting the current fundraising round, and communicating with investors.
- Operational finance: managing an international team and external contractors, controlling budgeting, cash flow, and reporting in all jurisdictions.
- Taxes and capital: optimizing taxation (including launching IP Box structure in Cyprus), M&A, and compliance.
- Automation: implementing AI agents and automation in routine processes (reconciliation, forecasting, consolidation).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Head of Finance / Finance Director / CFO.
- Experience with international jurisdictions and multi-currency financial flows.
- Understanding of international tax law (experience with IP Box is a plus).
- Experience supporting fundraising / M&A transactions.
- Willingness to practically apply AI and automation in finance.
