About this role

Description
Federal Trade Network RosSeverExpo invites you to join as the Head of Marketing and Advertising Department. This is a key position with direct interaction with the business owner and a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Independent control of internet marketing, overseeing the work of the direct marketer, reporting, and results;
- Organizing shoots and interacting with external contractors;
- Managing TV advertising, banners, print materials, and advertising content;
- Planning marketing activities and budget;
- Monitoring task implementation and quality of execution;
- Collaborating with the GR manager on joint projects;
- Managing and controlling SMM direction, content, and shoots;
- Developing and maintaining an internal bonus program.
Requirements
- Experience in Fashion retail - at least 5 years is mandatory;
- Experience in a managerial position for at least 3 years;
- Residence in Saint Petersburg is mandatory;
- Willingness to work hands-on and independently establish initial steps in the job;
- Professional knowledge of internet marketing (Yandex Direct, contextual advertising, SEO promotion, email marketing, landing pages, video advertising, content marketing);
- Close work with social networks and messengers (VK, TG, Instagram, and others);
- Experience working with bloggers in various regions of Russia;
- A leader with a systematic approach to marketing, capable of building processes, managing teams and contractors, working with budgets, and focusing on business results;
- Independence, strong organizational culture, managerial experience, and decision-making skills are important.
