Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the game portfolio
• Build a system of growth hypotheses and marketing experiments
• Launch and test acquisition channels
• Develop and manage the marketing team
• Create a growth playbook and best practices

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing
• Technical skills:

- Understanding of growth approach and data-driven thinking - Experience in game development or mobile products - Managing a marketing team - English C1

• Additional requirements:

- Careerist, geek, and big d energy - Extensive work with content (influencers, content factories for TikTok/Shorts) - Community management (Discord, live audience in games) - Cross-promotion, collaborations, branding projects - Almost no paid traffic — buyers will be sad here
