About this role
Robo Team is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support to employees in Cyprus and remotely, manage IT equipment, and administer corporate services.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees in the office in Cyprus and remotely
- Maintain workstations, printers, meeting rooms, and other office equipment
- Support local networks, Wi-Fi, and network equipment
- Administer corporate services, accounts, VPN, and user access
- Work with CCTV and access control systems
- Keep track of IT equipment, purchases, and supplier interactions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or System Administration
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms iOS/Android
- Understanding of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and cabling infrastructure
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and user access
- Experience with IP telephony, such as FreePBX, Asterisk, or similar solutions
- Russian at B2 and English at B1 for daily communication
- Experience with MDM systems, Linux, antivirus platforms, CCTV, and access control systems is a plus.
