- Act as the main HR point of contact for Operations, providing practical support to managers and enabling effective decision-making.
- Support employee engagement and organizational culture development initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, off-boarding) and drive process improvements.
- Advise managers on labor law and employee relations matters, manage complex cases, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze HR data, identify risks, and collaborate with management on workforce planning and retention.
- Collaborate with HR teams and support recruitment for key roles as needed.
- Coach and develop managers’ capabilities in people management and leadership.
- Lead and coordinate employee relations cases and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify employee relations risks and recommend mitigation actions.
- Contribute to continuous HR process improvement and cross-functional projects.
- Higher education within areas of HR or similar;
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or people-related role (preferably managerial experience);
- Experience within Operations;
- Expertise in labor market, knowledge of labour law;
- Personal competencies: an ability to see the big picture of the organization and how the departmental unit fits into that structure; an ability to work with and through people; self-driven; results-oriented;
- Excellent spoken and written Latvian and English languages for performing job duties - working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments;
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Salary range from 2700 - 3100 EUR/ gross;
- Experience in a large-scale Operations environment (2000+ employees);
- Hands-on exposure to employee relations and HR operations;
