- Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental objectives.
- Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage procurement contracts in cooperation with Legal and other stakeholders.
- Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material availability.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement spend, savings, supplier performance, and risks.
- Lead, develop, and motivate Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation, and procurement best practices.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies within multinational organizations.
- Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess costs, risks, and business value.
- Experience in budgeting, cost optimisation, and financial analysis.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
