Responsibilities
- Be a strategic partner to business areas, supporting leaders in performance, development, organizational structure, culture, and decision-making.
- Accompany and advise leaders on talent and organizational decisions.
- Design and implement development, performance, and culture initiatives.
- Analyze people metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support organizational change processes.
- Address and follow up on complex labor situations, working closely with relevant areas.
- Drive initiatives that support the growth and evolution of Banco PLATA.
- Ensure a consistent experience for leaders and collaborators.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HRBP, or in similar positions, with experience supporting leaders and making talent decisions impacting the business.
- Completed degree in Psychology or related fields focused on people management.
- Solid experience as HRBP and working directly with leaders.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- High communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Judgment for decision-making and handling complex situations.
- Experience using talent data and metrics to generate insights.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and labor issues.
- Conversational English is essential for interaction with stakeholders and participation in meetings in a growing business environment.
