Responsibilities
- Review and validate documentation of files, identifying missing items, errors, or inconsistencies.
- Prepare and integrate physical and digital files for presentation and follow-up.
- Record and keep case information updated in databases and tracking tools.
- Present demands and documentation before courts or through authorized digital platforms.
- Follow up on judicial files, lists of agreements, resolutions, and notifications.
- Monitor dates, deadlines, hearings, and pending documentation to ensure compliance with established timelines.
- Coordinate with different internal areas to obtain documents, signatures, account statements, and other necessary information for files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, either a student or recent graduate.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in administrative activities, back office, document management, procedures, or related functions.
- Desirable experience with integration, review, digitization, or follow-up of documents and files.
- Basic-intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and high organization.
- Ability to follow up on dates and activities.
- Ease of working with confidential documentation and information.
- Ability to learn and follow processes.
- Previous experience in judicial recovery is not required; we will train you.
