Responsibilities
- Lead the operation related to vehicle collateral validation and management.
- Build and evolve operational processes for collateral validation.
- Coordinate operations and lay the groundwork for growth and scalability.
- Design controls to identify and mitigate risks associated with vehicles as collateral.
- Work with Product to strengthen criteria, controls, and validation processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement.
- Convert operational challenges into requirements for the Product team.
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop an operation capable of growing while maintaining high standards of quality and control.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, risk, credit, or financial services.
- Experience coordinating operational teams or projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in Secured Lending, Auto Finance, Credit Risk, Lending Operations, Fintech, or Banking.
- Experience designing, implementing, or improving operational processes.
- Experience managing productivity, quality, efficiency, and risk indicators.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different business areas.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience working with dashboards.
