Integration Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Integration & Launch Management

Coordinate new operator and online casino integrations from initiation through to successful launch. Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and launch-readiness trackers. Coordinate technical, commercial, operational and regulatory dependencies across internal and external teams. Identify blockers and schedule risks early and drive corrective action or escalation where required. Coordinate post-launch handover into the relevant business-as-usual teams.

• Product & Game Rollouts

Coordinate the rollout of new games, products and features across new and existing operators. Track approvals, technical requirements, market readiness and operator dependencies. Work with Product, Commercial, Integration and Compliance teams to support on-time launches.

• Jira & Cross-Functional Delivery

Coordinate and track relevant Jira requests and delivery actions. Ensure requests have clear owners, priorities, deadlines and supporting information. Follow up on outstanding actions and provide visibility of bottlenecks, delays and dependencies.

• Due Diligence

Coordinate the end-to-end due diligence process between internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate DD trackers and ensure requests, documentation and outstanding actions are progressed. Act as a key coordination link between Commercial, Compliance, Legal and other relevant teams. Identify opportunities to streamline DD processes and tracking.

• Compliance & Regulatory Coordination

Coordinate compliance and regulatory requirements linked to integrations, product launches and new game releases. Track required documentation, approvals, certifications and market-specific requirements. Maintain visibility of compliance-related blockers and escalate where necessary.

• Stakeholder Management

Act as a central coordination point between internal teams, operator partners and other external stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely delivery updates and manage expectations around timelines and dependencies. Facilitate project meetings, track actions and ensure decisions are documented and followed through.

• Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

Proactively identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies. Maintain clear risk, action, issue and dependency tracking with accountable owners and target dates. Escalate material risks before they impact launch or delivery timelines.

• Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, trackers and status reports. Provide regular delivery updates to management and key stakeholders. Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates and tracking tools.

Qualifications

#### Experience & Qualifications Essential

• Approximately 2-4 years' experience in project management, implementation, integrations, delivery management or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong experience working across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience using project management or ticketing tools such as Jira.
• Strong planning, organisation, communication and follow-through skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability with a strong focus on delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.

#### Advantageous

• Experience in online gaming, iGaming, casino, betting, technology or another regulated digital industry.


• Experience with online casino integrations, platform implementations or product rollouts.


• Experience coordinating compliance, regulatory or due diligence processes.


• Understanding of online casino products, game content and operator platforms.


• Formal project management qualification or certification.
