What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering complex software or iGaming integrations on time and within budget
- Prior line management or people leadership experience, ideally within a delivery or integration function
- Strong hands on experience applying lean agile delivery approaches in software development
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client facing B2B environment
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering and delivery teams
- Ability to lead, motivate and influence without direct authority
- Experience managing third party vendors and external technical partners
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Desirable
- Experience in iGaming, betting, payments or regulated B2B platforms
- Project, programme or agile certifications such as PMP, MSP, Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
