Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Manage and develop existing partners — influencers, KOLs, streamers, traders, community owners
- Build long-term relationships, increase engagement and retention of partners
- Help partners grow into stable, powerful traffic channels
- Collaborate with marketing — advertising, creatives, materials for partners
- Monitor CPA/RevShare metrics and traffic quality
Requirements
About You
- Experience in account management / partner success / affiliate in Crypto, Trading, FinTech or iGaming
- Ability to build trusting relationships and retain partners long-term
- Familiarity with CPA/RevShare models and affiliate platforms
- Systematic approach to managing partner databases and attention to detail
- Language skills are a plus: we are represented in 154 countries
