Seeking an IT Business Analysis Team Lead for Fintech, DeFi, and blockchain projects in Moscow. Hybrid work format with a focus on innovative payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and describe business requirements for foreign economic activity products.
- Data extraction, report building, and deviation analysis.
- Set up metrics for the direction.
- Formalize customer journey scenarios for foreign economic activity clients.
- Prepare product packaging: value proposition, tariffs, offers.
- Participate in launching product hypotheses and usage analytics.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Analyze customer segments.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of cross-border payment principles and processes, correspondent relationship systems, and foreign economic activity technologies.
- Understanding of basic currency control processes and bank compliance.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in fintech.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for cross-border operations.
- Experience in product research and market analysis.
