Description
We are looking for a Team Lead for Google Farming in the crypto space. Join our team to build and scale effective farming systems.
Responsibilities
What You Need to Do:
- Find and scale a working scheme for farming Google accounts
- Manage a team of farmers (hiring, control, development)
- Control the quality of accounts and stability of operations
- Achieve and increase the volume plan (300–500+ accounts/day)
- Build farming and scaling processes
- Maintain reporting and transparency on results
- Find alternative schemes and reduce risks
Requirements
Who We Need:
- Current experience in farming Google accounts is mandatory
- Understanding of Google Ads, algorithms, and logic of operation
- Experience with verifications (including BOV, physical/legal accounts)
- Ability to avoid logouts and bans
- Experience with anti-detect browsers and proxies
- Experience managing farmers or your own team (a plus)
- Real experience in finding and scaling schemes
Conditions & Benefits

- Payments once a month (on the 10th, consistently)
- Format: remote/hybrid
- Schedule: 5/2, from 10 to 19 (GMT+3 preferred)
