INEX Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Paphos, Cyprus. This role involves hands-on IT support and maintaining smart office systems.
Description
INEX Group is looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Engineer to join our team in Paphos. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day IT support with maintaining the smart office systems used across our workplaces.
Responsibilities
- Set up and support laptops, workstations, software and user accounts
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
- Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, face recognition and video conferencing systems
- Provide onsite and remote support to employees
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
Requirements
- Experience with Windows administration and computer hardware
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- English is required; Russian and/or Greek would be an advantage
- Driving licence and own car are desirable
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems
