Project Manager (Low-Voltage & Smart Building Systems)
INEX Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for low-voltage and smart building projects in Paphos, Cyprus. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with various stakeholders.
INEX Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Paphos. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of low-voltage and smart building projects from planning through installation, commissioning and final handover. This is a hands-on role with regular involvement on project sites.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources
- Coordinate clients, engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Review technical documentation, drawings and specifications
- Oversee installation works and equipment deliveries
- Coordinate commissioning and functional testing
- Manage project changes, risks and deadlines
- Hands-on project management experience specifically in low-voltage / ELV, smart building or building engineering systems
- Experience delivering projects involving systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, KNX, AV or building automation
- Experience working on construction or fit-out projects, coordinating installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Good understanding of the full project lifecycle — from technical planning and procurement to installation, commissioning and handover
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation and understand what is actually happening on site
- Experience working directly with clients and taking ownership of project delivery, timelines and budget
- Good English for professional communication and technical documentation
- Willingness to work regularly on project sites and travel when required
