About this role
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to communicate with Russian-speaking clients in the iGaming and FinTech sectors. No technical experience required.
Description
We are an international fast-growing testing company operating in the iGaming, FinTech, payments, and high-risk sectors.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with current and potential clients
- Follow up using prepared scripts
- Collect client requests and relay information to the internal team
- Support daily account management processes
- Maintain professional and accurate communication with clients
Requirements
- Fluent oral and written communication in Russian
- English language skills are a plus
- Responsibility and structure
- Ability to work with scripts and processes
- Interest in client communication, account management, and sales
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or customer support is a plus
