Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the talent attraction strategy.
- Proactively contact potential candidates.
- Market knowledge to develop strategies and generate efficient searches.
- Post job offers.
- Maintain smooth communication with candidates in process.
- Coordinate recruitment processes to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates in process.
- Execute mass and specialized recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Desirable work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, Hunter, or similar role.
- Experience using recruitment platforms.
- Practical experience in sourcing techniques.
- Focused on providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to organize and manage priorities.
- Intermediate-advanced English desirable.
