BoilerLab is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to join their AI product team. The role involves content creation, collaboration with AI companies, community engagement, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Write content in English: posts, threads, reviews, announcements, articles, and newsletters
- Find and launch collaborations with AI companies, developers, and other tech projects
- Work with KOLs: find relevant authors, negotiate, and prepare joint content
- Engage with the community: respond to comments, support discussions, gather feedback
- Create short videos and simple graphics for product promotion
- Analyze reach, engagement, and conversions
Requirements
What We Expect
- English C1+ — this is one of the key criteria. You should be comfortable writing and communicating in English every day
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or strong motivation to develop in this direction
- Interest in AI, technologies, and international products
- Understanding the specifics of different platforms and content formats
- Initiative and desire to not just receive tasks but to independently find growth points
Will Be a Plus
- Technical, mathematical, or other relevant education
- Experience working with international markets
- Experience promoting AI, SaaS, developer tools, or open-source products
- Understanding of AI/ML and interest in technologies
- Experience with Twitter/X, Reddit, GitHub, or Discord
