We are looking for a Lead 1C Developer with 3-6 years of experience to optimize system performance and integrate 1C with external services. Remote or hybrid work format available.

- Optimize system performance (bottleneck analysis, refactoring)
- Integrate 1C with external services (API, web services, ERP/CRM systems)
- Modify existing and develop new functionality in standard 1C configurations (ERP, DO, ZUP, Public Catering, Retail, ToIR, etc.)
- Develop/customize atypical configurations and modules
- Eliminate critical errors in complex business processes
- Modernize outdated solutions with minimal risks
- Analyze requirements from customers/users
- Translate business tasks into technical specifications
- Prepare technical documentation (specifications, instructions, guides)
- Update configurations (standard and atypical) to current versions
- Implement new features of the 1C platform
- Develop reports, processing, printed forms, data exchange mechanisms
Requirements

- Higher technical education (information technology, applied mathematics, process automation) with confirmed portfolio
- Certification "1C: Specialist" for the platform "1C: Enterprise 8.3" (or similar current version)
- Preferably have a certification "1C: Expert"
- At least 3-5 years of development on the "1C: Enterprise 8" platform
- Experience in the full implementation cycle (from requirements analysis to commissioning) of at least 3-5 major projects
- Experience in data migration between versions of 1C or third-party systems
- Participation in projects integrating 1C with CRM, ERP, online stores, banks, logistics services
- Programming language 1C: confident in object model, modules, event handlers, event subscription mechanisms
- Query language 1C: complex selections, joins, nested queries, query plan optimization
- Debugging and testing: using debugger, writing test scenarios, automated testing
- Versioning: working with configuration storage, merging changes, release management
- Documentation: preparing specifications, algorithm descriptions, instructions for users and administrators
- Knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for query analysis and optimization
- Experience with BSP (Standard Subsystem Library) and its customization
- Skills in developing managed forms and client-server applications
- Understanding principles of distributed information bases (DIB) and exchange mechanisms
- Experience in maintaining project documentation (Jira, Confluence, Redmine)
