About this role
NL Kontinent is seeking a Lead 1C Developer to manage full-cycle projects, enhance configurations, and integrate systems. Remote work available.
Description
NL Kontinent is an international trade and manufacturing group based in Novosibirsk with its own production, referral network, R&D laboratory, 11 warehouses, and 78 retail stores in the CIS and Turkey.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle projects: develop specifications with an analyst, agree on them, and implement
- Enhance standard and non-standard configurations on the 1C platform
- Develop applications, reports, and processing on managed forms
- Configure 1C integrations with external systems
- Transfer completed projects to the support department
- Support standard databases and develop through extensions
Requirements
- Programming on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for at least 4 years
- Confidently work with platform mechanisms: queries, SCD, registers, data exchanges, etc.
- Understand the principles of managed forms and client-server interaction
- Ability to work in a team, be independent, and result-oriented
- A plus: skills in optimizing 1C performance, experience with electronic document management systems, participation in implementations and integration projects
