Lodzia is looking for a Lead Analyst 1C to lead a functional group in a project transitioning from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP. The role involves coordinating analysts and ensuring compliance with operational accounting processes.

Responsibilities
- Leading the functional group for the transition project from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP.
- Coordinating analysts in sales, procurement, warehouse, cash operations, and other areas.
- Developing targeted solutions based on customer requirements.
- Participating in project solutions preparation, design, task assignment to developers, testing, and delivery of results.
- Aligning operational processes with regulated accounting.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a lead analyst or functional architect in 1C:ERP implementation projects.
- Participation in projects transitioning from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP.
- Implementation experience with 1C:ERP integrated with at least three systems.
- Experience in operational accounting blocks: sales, procurement, warehouse, cash operations.
- Ability to design new functionality and modify standard functionality.
- Experience in developing project and operational documentation templates.
- Good understanding of regulated accounting in 1C:ERP.
- Ability to discuss accounting logic confidently with accounting and finance departments.
- Experience in large data migration and normalization projects.
- Experience managing a group of at least 6-8 analysts in a completed full-cycle project.
- Plus: experience in blocks like PPE, UAT, EDI.
- Plus: experience implementing industry-specific modules for 1C:ERP.
