About this role
Seeking a Lead Data Scientist to develop ML solutions for ad monetization, personalization, and recommendations while mentoring the Data Science team.

We are an international mobile game development company.
Responsibilities
- Develop ML solutions for ad monetization, personalization, and recommendations
- Lead and mentor the Data Science team
- Directly influence ad revenue, engagement, retention, and LTV of the product
- Work with large behavioral data and ML models in a product with millions of users
- Shape the Data Science direction, roadmap, and technical standards of the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Ad Monetization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in consumer mobile products
- Experience in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or advertising analytics is mandatory
- Experience in developing recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Practical experience with ML: classification, regression, ranking, forecasting, predictive modeling
- Understanding of A/B testing, applied statistics, and working with large behavioral datasets
- Experience in technical leadership or mentoring Data Scientists
