- Lead the development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement.
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics.
- Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 day user experience.
- Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various teams.
- Own the quality of the product and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management.
- Experience with retail-focused products.
- Experience with design team collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics.
- Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
