HelioCore is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance employee training and development programs in a fully remote role.
Description
HelioCore is an HR consulting company working with technology companies in the fields of IT, iGaming, FinTech, and EdTech.
Responsibilities
- Organize employee assessments, training programs, and professional development
- Administer and improve the SANA LMS platform
- Develop onboarding, retention, and talent management programs, including Buddy, HiPo, and leadership initiatives
- Optimize and automate HR and L&D processes using new tools
- Collaborate with managers and employees to identify development needs
- Utilize AI tools and analytics to enhance training and employee experience
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or People Partner
- Experience in developing and managing training, onboarding, performance evaluation, and talent development programs
- Problem-solving and process optimization skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage stakeholder interactions, and conduct meetings and training
- Experience with LMS platforms and HR systems
- Intermediate+ English proficiency
- Experience using AI for automating HR processes and creating training materials; knowledge of HR analytics and performance review is a plus
