What will you be working on?

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners across multiple verticals (DeFi, gaming, NFT, infrastructure, and beyond), using CRM tools and data-driven tracking systems to manage the full lifecycle from prospect to activation.
• Apply internet-thinking frameworks to relationship management — treat partner outreach as a funnel: identify → qualify → engage → activate → grow, with clear metrics and tracking at each stage.
• Develop and execute new growth initiatives to expand the Orderly ecosystem.
• Collaborate with BD, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement ecosystem growth initiatives end-to-end.
• Engage with builders, investors, exchanges, and infrastructure providers to drive ecosystem growth and partnership activation.
• Manage grants programs and hackathon participation to attract builders to build on Orderly and encourage composability.
• Research emerging protocols and verticals; collaborate with L1/L2 ecosystems to drive token utility and cross-chain adoption.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date partner database with clear status tracking, next-step actions, and follow-up cadences.

About you

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese — you can switch seamlessly between both languages in business settings (native-level English speaker, e.g., ABC or equivalent bilingual profile, strongly preferred).
• Energetic and early-career — you're young, hungry, and eager to prove yourself; we value drive and adaptability over years of tenure.
• Internet-native mindset — you naturally think in terms of funnels, pipelines, tracking systems, and data-driven relationship management; you're comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and automation to manage large volumes of relationships without losing personal touch.
• 2+ years of experience in ecosystem growth, BD, partnerships, or portfolio support at a blockchain (L1/L2), venture firm, or internet/tech company — with demonstrated experience onboarding and growing projects from the ground up.
• You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities.
• You are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented.
• You are an excellent speaker and writer.
• You are personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple ongoing relationships.
