Bell Integrator is looking for a Specialist/Methodologist in Learning System Development with experience in IT and cryptocurrency. Full-time position with hybrid work format in Moscow.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Development of training programs (distance courses, tests, simulators, etc.) and sales materials (scripts, objection handling, FAQs)
- Creation and updating of materials in knowledge bases and training programs
- Methodological support for AI assistants for employees and clients
- Interaction with related departments on training implementation and development
- Support for the launch of programs and products in the sales network
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a methodologist for training programs for at least 3 years
- Experience in methodological development of internal training, personnel certification, and increasing sales through communication and training for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency law is mandatory
- Personal experience with or knowledge of cryptocurrency usage is desirable
- Experience in supporting the launch of processes and programs
- Good communication skills, willingness, and experience in working in a cross-functional team
