Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Applied AI Architects.
- Define and continuously refine the strategy and operating model for Applied AI Architecture across Europe.
- Partner with Sales leadership and Account Directors to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
- Ensure Applied AI Architects serve as the primary technical advisors for their portfolios.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded customer journeys.
- Coach the team on Applied AI architectures.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Mobilize specialists to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Establish a rigorous view of portfolio health.
- Translate patterns from the field into actionable feedback for teams.
- Foster a culture that balances ambitious customer outcomes with responsible AI deployment.
Requirements
- Possess deep technical acumen in modern AI systems and platform technologies.
- Bring 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Have 4+ years of people-management experience.
- Have guided enterprise organizations from technical discovery to production adoption.
- Demonstrate outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
- Can lead a complex portfolio and make thoughtful resource-allocation decisions.
- Exercise strong architectural judgment.
- Build strong partnerships across various teams.
- Are comfortable leading across DACH and adapting to different contexts.
- Embody a customer-centric philosophy.
